My Bucket List : 100 Things To Do Before I Die

Wow, time passed so fast, It's already in the end of 2013, so many things happened in 2013, good things, bad things, but now is the good time to make our resolution for 2014 or list of things you wanna to do or achieve in the next year or years ahead.

And I'm going to make a list, about 100 things i wanna do before I die. Till now, I think I live my life without having specific goals. I mean if someone asked me "what do you want to do about your life?" or  "what are you going to do with your life?" or maybe "what are you going to be?", I will answer it with "I'm going to be a successful person", "I want my life to be great at everything" which I realized that this kind of answer or goal are never take me anywhere in my life.

So I decided to make this list. I haven't finish this list, but I'll update this list as soon as possible. And then how if I can finish this list and I'm still alive?? Then I'm going to make another list of course :D
For some of you after you read my list, maybe you are going to think "what kind of dream is that, it's too easy to get" or "I've done this things so many times before", but this is my life, I'll write something that for me, it's gonna need hard effort and time to achieve it. I'm not gonna write something that I can achieve easily or I can get it with my condition right now, but I'm going to write something that seems impossible for me or something that I should work really hard on it if I wanna get it.

Tsurukamedou Ramen, Green Ville

I've been so busy lately, so I can't update my Blog, so sorry about that T__T
And starting from this post, I'm going to write down any review in English, because I think I have to start practice my English. So please be open minded, that this poor soul still struggling to make my English better and better, pardon my words if there will be a tons of grammatical error. :D

This time I'm going to write my review, about a new Ramen Restaurant located in Green Ville, near to Taman Ratu's Green Gate. I knew this place from the internet, and when I read a Food Blog,  the writer told me according to him, this is the best ramen in town. Of course I'm shocked, how come I never heard about this place? whereas the ramen bussiness still booming in Jakarta. At that time, I immediately contacted my friends, looking for anysoul who can be dragged along to try this restaurant. Hahaha...

So next day, after I was able to persuade my friends and my sister to come along try this Best Ramen in Town? Maybe?? :P
The first problem that morning was we don't their operation hours, so after doing some research on the internet, I found that they will open at 10.00 a.m.
Exactly at 10.00 a.m, four of us already standing in front of their door. And the door is still closed. Well, there was someone who come and told us that they will be open at 11.00 a.m
Oh God??!! Please be merciful to us, 4 hungry souls, stranded on the street. Fortunately, we saw that 7-11 logo from afar, and we decided to wait there until 11.00 a.m

At 11.00 a.m sharp, we walk again and again to this place, and thanks God they were already open. This place is quite small and dominated by black color, but if you already saw Taman Ratu's Gate, then there it is.
When I entered this place, I think that this place only can accommodate less than 50 persons at a time, maybe around 35 maximum I guess, but the place was clean and tidy, the interior were dominated by wood and stone, after we were seated the waiter show us the menu, they don't have many options, but there were few kinds of ramen, Japanese fried rice, curry rice, gyoza, and few kind of side dishes.

I ordered tonkotsu shisen ramen for myself because i loved spicy food, the waiter told me that this one tastes spicy, and tonkotsu ramen for my sister, additional pork chasiu and grilled gyoza. We waited for around 10 minutes, and there it is our food :

Tonkotsu Ramen (45k++)

Tonkotsu Shisen Ramen (59k++)

The ramen we ordered both were pork broth based, the broth is rich and yummy, I personally prefer thick broth than the light ones, so this one is suitable with my taste. The only thing that I don't like is the ramen noodle texture itself, I prefer bigger size noodle, this one is like angel hair pasta, I know their intention make it small noodle so that the broth gonna come along when we slurping it. But I personally don't like very small noodle.
The different in tonkotsu shisen ramen were the broth more spicy (only slightly more spicy) than the tonkotsu, they put tauge in shisen ramen as the topping, more pork chasiu , and there was no egg and nori in shisen ramen.

Additional Chasiu (12,5k++)

Grilled Buta Gyoza (32k++)

For the additional pork chasiu, there is no different from those ramen's topping, just if you want to add more pork, then you can order it. Gyoza tastes average, there is still much much better than this one

You can request for some grated onion if you want to add it in your ramen and sliced chilly. For me to add more onion to your ramen, the way to crushed it using onion crusher like the other Ramen Restaurant I've mentioned in my previous post works better. With the grated onion, I can't smell the yummy onion fragrance on it, the spicy flavor from onion juice that come out when you crushed it also not there.

The sweet little treat you can get free Green Tea Konyaku Jelly as dessert after you finish your meal :D
And it tasted good, I like this Jelly more than the Gyoza. Hahahaha...

Green Tea Konyaku Jelly

Taste : 7 / 10 -- Just because I don't like the noodle
Service : 8.5 / 10 -- The waiter was really attentive
Ambience : 7 / 10 -- The distance between tables too close
