Pepz Journey...!!!

My first food review this year is gonna be a Japanese Food. Few days ago I went to Puri Indah Mall with my sister to try ramen again. And because this restaurant at that time doing promotion on disdus then we bought a voucher worth 50% off from normal price.

This restaurant located in the top floor of Puri Indah Mall, if I'm not mistaken, it is located on the 3rd floor, near XXI. This place is dominated with grey and black color, and simple Japanese style wooden furniture. I went there for lunch, and the restaurant was half full already. So at that time I thought that this place is quite happening.

So, we sat in the corner next to the kitchen and soon the waiter gave us menu book, and since I use discount voucher, I can't freely choose the menu, so I just can choose between Tamago Ramen and Marutama Ramen if I'm not mistaken about the option, then I choose Tamago Ramen and Karage for side dish. And some other side dish to try, hehehehe :D

So here it is my order, enjoy :D

Tamago Ramen

The ramen portion itself is quite big for me, in the end, I can't finish not because its taste, but because I'm already full. I loved the broth, its tasty, thick consistency, rich, like I've said before that I don't like light broth. You can choose your noodle as katame (hard) or yawame (soft), as for me I choose katame. And the noodle comes with the consistency I expected and suit to my liking. They put Aosa Seaweed, Fresh Negi, Soft-Boiled Tamago, and Pork Char Siew as the toppings.

The Karage is made using chicken legs, it was very tasty, from three side dishes that I ordered, this one get first rank from me. Dashimaki is just ordinary Japanese omelette, and I don't realize when I order this menu, that I already have egg on my main dish, and my sister don't like Dashimaki because it has sweet taste on it. Can you imagine how much eggs I ate at that day??!!! Hehehehe :D
Kakuni is basically just braised pork belly, for me the meat is soft and tender, but the problem is the taste. It's quite salty for me, but It's okay for my sister, so if you like salty food, maybe this one is gonna be okay for you.

Wow, time passed so fast, It's already in the end of 2013, so many things happened in 2013, good things, bad things, but now is the good time to make our resolution for 2014 or list of things you wanna to do or achieve in the next year or years ahead.

And I'm going to make a list, about 100 things i wanna do before I die. Till now, I think I live my life without having specific goals. I mean if someone asked me "what do you want to do about your life?" or "what are you going to do with your life?" or maybe "what are you going to be?", I will answer it with "I'm going to be a successful person", "I want my life to be great at everything" which I realized that this kind of answer or goal are never take me anywhere in my life.

So I decided to make this list. I haven't finish this list, but I'll update this list as soon as possible. And then how if I can finish this list and I'm still alive?? Then I'm going to make another list of course :D
For some of you after you read my list, maybe you are going to think "what kind of dream is that, it's too easy to get" or "I've done this things so many times before", but this is my life, I'll write something that for me, it's gonna need hard effort and time to achieve it. I'm not gonna write something that I can achieve easily or I can get it with my condition right now, but I'm going to write something that seems impossible for me or something that I should work really hard on it if I wanna get it.

Why I write this on my blog is just because I believe that sometimes I can't achieve my dream alone, so maybe you all can be my support :D
Or maybe some of you till now live your life like what I did and after read this post, you are inspired to do the same thing.
So here it is, I'm going to start with the most simple one and will be follow with another in no particular order, and I will update each dream I already done
